I reserve the right to reject an order.

If I don't feel comfortable with your behavior I'll cancel the commission. In some cases you'll be excluded from future commissions.

Please only use fluent English or Polish when communicating with me to avoid misunderstandings.

You must be 18 or older to commission me.

All commissions by default are for personal use only. Artworks intended for profit or commercial purposes might have different terms of service and pricing, which must be discussed before-hand.

I collect emails, names and nicknames only for the communication and the commission process. I do not share or sell your informations to any third party.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I allow my art to be used or involved with AI, any forms of NFTs or cryptocurrency. Do not feed my art to any AI image generation databases.

Prices listed in Prices & Examples section of my website are basic and they may rise due to the complexity of an art project.

I only accept direct payment via PayPal (prices in EUR). (currently testing Ko-fi and VGen as payment options too)

Payment happens in full in advance via invoice I request or PayPal.me link I send. I will start working on your commission after receiving the payment.

Complex artworks and concepts are an exception, payment happens after the first sketches to figure out the complexity of the piece.

The payment must be completed within 7 days after me accepting your commission and agreeing on the price, otherwise it will be cancelled.

I might accept payment plans or late payments in rare circumstances.

If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a refund.

If I have not yet started working on your commission and you request to cancel your commission, you will be refunded the full price.

If I already started working on the commission, that you approved the sketch of, but you don't want my work anymore, I won't give you a refund.

I can accept commissions with deadlines and priorities, however, that will be an extra rush fee. Please message me to discuss dates and prices. You also commit to being reactive when I send you updates so I can complete the commission within the given time.

Art piece should take me anywhere from 1 week to 3 months (I am not a full-time freelance artist) to complete but you'll be notified in advance if I need to extend the work period.

I do not work strictly with my queue, I like to have freedom of working on different projects at the same time.

After I receive all important informations and reference pictures for the commissioned artwork from you, we will discuss the payment.

Please respect my space and do not ask me for updates on your commission every day, however if you do not hear from me about your commission for a couple of weeks, feel free to ask for news.

I will send you WIPs (work-in-progress images) for feedback (unless stated otherwise in the commission type description).

By default, I reserve the right to share WIPs/timelapse recordings of your commission on my discord server and with my Patreon/Ko-fi subscribers. If you do not agree, for example if it's a gift for someone, let me know in advance.

If you spot a mistake throughout the process, please mention it as fast as possible, do not wait till the commission is finished.

Any large changes are only accepted at the sketch phase. I can apply changes later in the process but they might come with additional fee depending on the piece's progression level and amount that needs to be edited.

Once I have finished the artwork, you will get the full resolution image in PNG format, you can also request a compressed/smaller size version.

I, the artist, hold the rights to my artworks.

I'm allowed to use commissioned artworks to promote myself on social media, my website & portfolio. I also retain right to use and sell created art in digital or physical forms (when I open a shop/start attending artist alleys).

Let me know if you don't want me to post your commission online before a certain date and if you want to remain anonymous.

Do not remove my signature and claim as your own art.

You may resize/crop the commission & post the artwork on social media with a proper credit.

You are allowed to use the artwork for personal/noncommercial use only, unless agreed otherwise.

A purchase for commercial rights to the artwork needs to be discussed in advance.

Most adoptables are reserved for my Patreon/Ko-fi members. If the adopts weren't sold on Patreon/Ko-fi, they will go up for a public sale.

I might accept payment plans, but you'll need to pay a deposit, to ensure you're getting the character design, the deposit is not refundable.

My designs can be re-sold, traded and gifted.

When reselling, you cannot sell the design for a higher price than you paid originally, unless the value is added with art.

You are free to do any kind of editing on the design of the adopt.

You are not allowed to edit my artworks.

Proper credit should be given on any reference sheet or character bios.

Do not use my designs for profit unless purchased with separate commercial use from me.

Do not remove my signature form the base and credit me if possible.

You are free to do any kind of SFW editing of the base.

NSFW edits to my bases are prohibited.

To order an artwork from me, use my Commission Order Form.

I will choose projects when the Commission Opening closes. After that I will contact you or others via client's preferred way of contact within a week. If I don't contact you it's not personal. I am not a full-time freelance artist therefore the commission slots are limited.

I do not do reservations or keep a waiting list, aside from some exceptions. My Patreon/Ko-fi members have priority and can claim commission slots outside of my public openings.

You may request specific dimensions or file format that you'd like your commission to be in.

Do not purposefully send to me AI generated images.

For commercial projects (such as concept art for games or book illustrations) you can contact me outside of my public openings.
